Embattled Labour Party leader, Jeremy Corbyn, last night told reporters, that should United States president, Donald Trump, attempt to manhandle him at a summit conference in the manner that he shoved aside the prime minister of Montenegro, Dusko Markovic, at the G7 summit last week, Corbyn wouldn’t hesitate to retaliate using physical violence.
Corbyn, who has recently come under fire for what are perceived as his pacifist views and his willingness to negotiate with terrorist groups like Islamic State, was clearly fired-up when he told journalists: “Listen, if Trump wants to get physical then I’m ready for him. I’m in good shape due to all the bike riding and I’m convinced I could take him without too much trouble.
“He’s a big man but he’s out of condition. If he tries any rough stuff at a summit conference, or anywhere else for that matter, I’ll break his face, no question”
Corbyn’s outburst comes just a week after prime minister, Theresa May, told a press briefing at No 10, that if EU president, Donald Tusk, refuses to agree to give Britain a decent deal over Brexit in forthcoming negotiations, she wouldn’t hesitate to “clean his clock for him in a one-to-one straightener on the cobbles”
